South East CDC spent Friday afternoon visiting long time partner Moral Home for the Aged Sick Limited , hosted by CEO Winnie Koh and her team.  The team shared about home expansion plan, including a Dementia ward and other new amenities to benefit the residents in the Home.  Mayor Fahmi, Mr. Fahmi Aliman, also met with a small group of residents of the Home and chatted with them.  A few of them even presented flowers and their artwork to him !

During the visit, they were joined by Chairman, Mr. Rahim from Masjid Al Taqua.  Moral Home for the Aged Sick and Masjid Al-Taqua go a long way back and have been supporting each other ever since they became neighbours at Jalan Bilal and they are looking to strengthen their long standing friendship by working together to provide day care services to elderly residents in the South East District.  A great initiative indeed! South East CDC looks forward in continuing the strong partnership with Moral Home for the Aged Sick, and hopes to work together Masjid Al-Taqua soon !
