CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
A finance veteran with visionary leadership. She joined since 2003.
She is a compassionate leader committed to lead her team to build a strong identity and culture. Brought vision of expansion of Moral Home to reality in 2016. Secured MOH funding with Board’s support for the purpose of expansion from 120 beds to 235 beds.
Winnie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Services (The National University of Ireland), Master Degree in Gerontology (Singapore University of Social Sciences) and MSc in Dementia studies (University of Stirling).
Jennifer Tang
OPERATION DIRECTOR
Jennifer is our Operation Director. Prior to joining Moral Home, she started her career in the legal industry before moving to the healthcare sector.
She has well over 15 years of experience in account / project / change management, government engagement and leadership development. With her background, she has the ability to establish strong partnership with stakeholders, community partners and Ministry. A Multi tasker who is independent as well as team player. Highly proficient in all aspect of audit / compliance requirement of MOH.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (University of Sunderland) and Graduate Diploma in Healthcare Services Management (Griffith University).
Heizel
SENIOR NURSE MANAGER
Heizel has been with Moral Home for the last 14 years. A clinical leader driving clinical projects and collaborations with AIC / MOH / hospitals. She established good relationship with caregivers and they are extremely glad that their loved ones are cared for by her team. She and her team worked closely with doctors and consultants to provide holistic care to our residents. Her team received numerous compliments over the years for outstanding quality nursing care.
Heizel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Baguio Central University)
Joe Ang
FINANCE MANAGER
Joe is our Finance Manager at Moral Home. He is involved in the rday to day running of the finance department and worked closely with the management.
He has worked in the non profit sector for more than 10 years undertaking different roles as Accountant, Internal Auditor and External Auditor.
Joe holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting and a Diploma in Counselling Psychology. He is also a Chartered Accountant (Singapore), Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), certified Internal Auditor and certified Fraud Examiner.
